Terms of WebSitenaBox Referral Program (Restrictions and Limitations):

Cash Payouts

* Receive 5% of cash-based amount of any and all design, development, and hosting services rendered in referred client's initial contract agreement. Payment by referred client must be received in full by WebsitenaBox before referral payout is made.

* You have the option to substitute a cash payout by doubling its value! Simply tell us that instead of receiving a 5% cash payout, you would like to receive a 10% referral credit through our Referral Point System (see details below).

* All payouts in the "Cash Payout" program are to be made in the United States dollar, and are to be paid in the form of WebsitenaBox's choosing; typically being received by referrer between three (3) to four (4) weeks following full payment made by referred client.

Referral Point System

* Receive 10% of the actual TOTAL face value amount of any and all design, development, and hosting services rendered in a referred client's initial contract agreement; awarded in referral credit toward WebsitenaBox services (if you choose to take a 5% cash payout on the cash-based portion of the referral, then the cash-based amount is subtracted from the total valued amount before the referral credit is calculated).

* Even if bartering, future consideration, or partnership deals are made by WebsitenaBox and the referred client, you will receive 10% of the "going rate" of design, development, and hosting services rendered by WebsitenaBox for the referred client in the initial contract.

* One (1) dollar in referral credit owed equals one (1) referral point that will be placed in your WebsitenaBox Referral Program account.

* One (1) referral point equals one (1) dollar in redemption value for applicable WebsitenaBox services.

Your Referral Program Account

* Points in your Referral Program Account have no cash redemption value unless specific reward levels are reached, or special cash back referral promotions are applicable (on a per case basis).

* If you are enrolled in the WebsitenaBox Referral Program and wish to discontinue your enrollment at any time, your rights to any referral points in balance will be forfeited and non-redeemable with the deletion of your account.

* Referral points are awarded for INITIAL agreement/contract with referred client only. Any upgrades to initial services rendered by WebsitenaBox will not be considered a referral, and the referrer will not be awarded any referral points for those services rendered.

* All referral points are redeemable for up to one year after your last referral was made. For example, if you made a referral but did not make another referral within a year and did not redeem all your points for WebSitenaBox services, your remaining points would have expired exactly one year after that last referral was made. However, if you made a referral and proceeded to make another referral within a year thereafter, ALL your referral points that remain in your account and were not redeemed are renewed and are good for redemption for at least one year from the date of that last referral.

Authorization of a Referral

* ANY AND ALL REFERRALS THAT ARE TO BE OFFICIALLY GIVEN CREDIT FOR UNDER THE AWS REFERRAL PROGRAM MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND AGREED TO BY THE REFERRED CLIENT IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT SIGNED BY THAT CLIENT. IF REFERRED CLIENT WISHES TO GIVE CREDIT TO MORE THAN ONE REFERRER, THEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL REFERRAL COMPENSATION (CASH PAYOUTS AND REFERRAL POINTS) ARE TO BE SPLIT AND DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY BETWEEN EACH DOCUMENTED REFERRER. IF THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION OF THE REFERRAL IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT, THEN WebsitenaBox IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY DOCUMENTED BY WebsitenaBox .

WebsitenaBox reserves the right to change or modify this program without notice. WebsitenaBox has sole authority over the referral process and all aspects of the program are governed by WebsitenaBox management. WebsitenaBox shall be the ruling authority over any and all disputes and any decisions made by WebsitenaBox are final.
